Refund policy
If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site, you may return the item(s) within 30 days for an exchange or refund. If you have picked the wrong color you can exchange for a more appropriate choice.**
No returns for the following items will be accepted: Moisturizer, serum primer, lipstick, luminizers, eyeliners, and lipliners.
Call us at 800-439-9936 and let us know reason for you return. Items will not be accepted without a return authorization.
Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
How to Return Your Product
Pack It:
- Pack items just as you received them.
- Items received broken can not be credited.
Ship It:
- Take the package to any USPS pick up or drop off location and ship to the following address:

- Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Advanced Mineral Makeup.
- We can’t be responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
- Any items bought on www.Advancedmineralmakeup.com must be sent back to us and will not be accepted at any of our retail partners.
- Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed and credit to be applied to your account.
*A 3% credit card fee will be assessed to the return.
** Please note we do not accept returns from third party sites, no international returns, and no used items will be returned. Items need to be received in the same state they were sold.
